1. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, user manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (Order number or confirmation email) is required.

2. Return Process & Fees

  • Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item: Boolina pays 100% of return shipping fees and provides a prepaid return label.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: The customer covers the return shipping cost. No restocking fee is charged.

3. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

4. How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at support@boolina.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the nearest return warehouse address.
